Port Moresby, NCD: Phase two Implementation partners, World Vision and Oxfam, were recently oriented on the modalities of the EU-UNICEF-Government of PNG Project implementation. Staff from both World Vision and Oxfam, oriented on the EU Visibility Guidelines, which are a key element of the project. Working closely with local government, both NGOs will support delivery of the WASH project.
