Port Moresby, NCD: Europe Day, on 9th May, was celebrated in PNG through several activities including media appearances, school-based activities and a reception which provided an opportunity to inform the public the meaning of the commemoration which is rooted the European values of unity and human rights. EU work in PNG was also highlighted, especially through the major EU-UNICEF-Government of PNG WASH Project.
