Goroka, EHP: Early October 2019, Kamusi village, including Kamusi Primary School, were triggered to end the practice of Open Defecation. The villagers discussed making existing pit toilets safe and constructing new ones with everyone working hard to achieve this goal. On 20th November 2019, Kamusi declared itself Open Defecation with a traditional celebration in the presence of DDA, OXFAM, TTU and FF reps as the children rallied around the village shouting the slogan: Stop, Stop, Stop Eating Pekpek!
