Goroka, EHP: Several schools in Goroka marked Global Handwashing Day today 15th October 2019 through various activities. The schools, including Akameku, Notofana, and Faniufa Primary along with Phonix Elementary, Shiave Community and Holy Eucharist, celebrated the day by making their own banners, demonstrating hand-washing steps, reciting the hygiene pledge, displaying artwork on hand-washing, taking part in quiz games and even doing awareness in the other communities.
