Kieta, AROB: Mikas Primary School in Kieta, observed World Toilet Day this year on 20th November along with World Children’s Day. Unlike other celebrations throughout the years where there is traditional dancing and singing, the students marked the day differently this time. The school sent out cartons of food to other schools in three AROB districts – Kieta, Panguna and Wakunai. Some of the schools that received the food stuff included Kopani and Manetai Primary Schools, and Tarana Elementary School.
